For those who don't know my skin is SUPER sensitive to EVERYTHING.  Recently I've resorted to only being able to use coconut oil on my face & rubbing a stink aloe plant all over my face in hopes to calm down my skin...I eat raw work out & for the most part buy organic & stay away from red meats & eat chicken & fish on occasion.
