Homemade Bara Brith: Welsh Spiced Tea Cake with Dried Fruit

Mamgu's bara brith || Try this traditional Welsh tea loaf, studded with fruit and perfectly spiced! Mamgu (Welsh for grandma) would be proud!

Just had a go at this, using honey for the glaze and a mixture of raisins, sultanas, currants and mixed peel. Lovely warm with butter!
