Spectracell testing indicated I had low serine. I am supplementing with L-serine and I'm sleeping much more deeply!  If I were to stop other supplements I wouldn't feel it as profoundly as when I stop this one (it takes longer to notice subtle changes vs when I stop this, I don't sleep as deeply.) ~Dotslady (reference to it being low in people with fibro on this link.
