Cup and Saucer with Landscape Scenes. Meissen. Circa 1740-45. Porcelain, enriched in colours and in gilt. Narrow, gold lace border and scattered flowers along the inner edges. Each piece decorated by a large cartouche with dark contours, framing a finely wrought landscape with figural staffage. Height 5cm/ + 13,5cm. Crossed swords mark, the number 69 in purple (presumably added later). Saucer with the press number 63 and the collector's label 'Porzellan Sammlung Rudolf Weigang'.
