How to make it    Open the can of black beans, rinse really well. Put the beans back in the can, add enough water to cover beans.  Put in blender or food processor and puree. Add puree to brownie mix, and then bake according to package directions.  You DO NOT add the eggs or oil that the recipe calls for, JUST the black bean puree!  Makes 20 brownies-- 2 Weight Watcher Points each!

Butternut Squash Purée  According to recipe it's supposed to make 1-2 cups.  Mine made more like 4 cups so I had to adjust spices.  Also, hard to get the blender to blend it (and I have a Ninja)  First I added a couple more tablespoons of butter and then I kept adding small bits of water until I was happy with it.  Good flavor.  Can't wait to use it!
