Ingredients; - 100g sugar - 100g water - 4 eggs - 2 egg yolks - 1 teaspoon vanilla - 440 milk - 200g condensed milk Method 1. Add water ans sugar into a saucepan on medium heat. Allow to turn amber. Pour into mould and refrigerate. 2. Whisk together eggs, egg yolks ans vanilla. 2. Warm the milk, condensed milk and pour over the eggs. Sift into the mould. 3. Bake at 150C FOR 45 minutes.Refridgerate for 4 hours and flip.
