Chili végétarien Les ingrédients : (pour 6 personnes) – 500g de haricots rouges en conserve – 60g de lentilles vertes – 1 poivron rouge – 2 oignons – 2 gousses d’ail – 1 petite conserve de tomates pelées concassées – 1 briquette de coulis de tomates – 1 petite conserve de maïs – épices : cumin, paprika, coriandre, mélange chili – quelques gouttes de tabasco
