RECETTE APPERITIF MINI PIZZA

20min · 6 servings Ingrédients pour 30 mini pizza • 1 pâte à pizza • 1 petit pot de sauce tomate spéciale pizza • 1 tranche de jambon • 5 olives • 4cm de chorizo • Fromage râpé • 1 cc d'origan séché 1️⃣ Une fois la pâte à pizza étalée découper des ronds de 5cm de diamètre. 2️⃣ Disposer les ronds de pâte dans un moule à mini tartelette puis foncer la pâte (pour se faire j'utilise un outil de fonçage qui est juste génial pour avoir de jolies fonds de tarte/pizza en 2 secondes). A défaut de moule à tartelette disposer les ronds de pâte directement sur une toile de cuisson ou papier cuisson. 3️⃣ Préchauffer le four à 200°C. 4️⃣ Ajouter un peu de sauce tomate dans chaque mini pizza puis garnir selon l'envie, ici 10 mini pizza jambon/fromage + 10 fromage/olive + 10 chorizo/froma
