Red Velvet Cheesecake Brownies
🥘 𝑫𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 🔸 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). 🔸 Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan. 🔸 Mix melted butter and white sugar in a large bowl. 🔸 Beat in eggs one at a time. 🔸 Stir in cocoa powder, vanilla extract, salt, and baking powder. 🔸 Pour half of the brownie mixture into the pan. 🔸 In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth. 🔸 Spread cream cheese mixture over brownie batter. 🔸 Drop remaining brownie batter over the cream cheese layer. 🔸 Gently swirl mixtures with a knife. 🔸 Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Ingredients: 3/4 cup unsalted butter - 3/4 cup Dutch-process cocoa powder - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - 1 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar - 3 large eggs - 3/4 cup all purpose flour - 1/2 teaspoon salt - 1/2 cup semisweet or bittersweet chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate) (optional) - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and line a 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper - Place the butter in a small sauce pan and set over medium low heat.
