PAINS AU LAIT FOURRÉS AU CHOCOLAT 🍫
Ingrédients : • 500g de farine • 180ml de lait tiède • 8g de levure sèche • 80g de sucre • 1 c.à.c de sel • 1 c.à.c de vanille en poudre • 150ml de crème liquide • 80g de beurre mou • Chocolat (240g) • La dorure : • 1 jaune d’oeuf • 1 c.à.s de lait Préparation : • 1. Délayer la levure dans le lait tiède, mélanger et laisser reposer 5 minutes. • 2. Dans un cul-de-poule, mettre la farine, le sucre, le sucre vanillé, creuser un puit sur le côté et y mettre le sel, creuser un puit au centre et y mettre le mélange de lait et levure (qui ne doit pas être en contact direct avec le sel), ajouter la crème liquide puis mélanger à la main jusqu’à pouvoir former une boule de pâte. • 3. Ajouter le beurre mou, pétrir pendant au moins 5 minutes, former une boule, couvrir et laisser rep
