Blueberry Bagel Recipe 🫐
Ingredients: 4 cups bread flour 2 tsp active dry yeast 1 and 1/2 cups warm water 2 Tbsp sugar 2 tsp salt 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries 1 Tbsp honey (for boiling water) Shape the Bagels: Preheat oven to 425ºF (220°C). Divide the dough into 8 equal portions. Shape each piece into a ball, then poke a hole in the center and stretch into a bagel shape. Let the shaped bagels rest for 10 minutes. Boil the Bagels: Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add 1 tosp honey. Boil the bagels for 1 minute on each side. Bake: Place boiled bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
