A beaver cake I made for a Canada Day bbq at work. Required: -2 9x4 loaf pans -Your favourite cake recipe -900 g chocolate icing -2 pieces of Lindt or other square white chocolate pieces -3 Chocolate covered caramels, mints, jubes or any round chocolate shape. -2 white Merken's and 2 chocolate chips. -Icing bag and large star tip. Use your favourite cake recipe and pour 2/3 batter into a loaf pan, 1/3 into another. Bake. I took 10 minutes of my regular recipe because the loaves are smaller. Carv
