September 24, 2023. So I got a message with this photo so they are doing okay. From the photo looks like they are interested in that little goose. I’m not going to judge the diet looks like they have green grass so that is nice and that creek so that is like a mansion to those boys I’m sure. Little peeps made out okay…” Just hanging out doing his own thing.” The End (looks like they got moles too)

September 23, 2023 particularly sweet today…crushing my heart. When those ppl come I don’t want to cry in front of them that would be so pathetic. I’m hoping they don’t show up. It’s hard to know a stranger’s temperament. I hope these birds are treated kindly, consistently, despite their nuances. That’s what worries me the most…what goes on behind closed gates…geese are hard to love sometimes. I will tell them if there is any problems to please bring them back. That makes me feel better ❤️‍🩹

September 23, 2023 everybody’s gathering around. We had the geese in the run last night so they would be easy to capture. Going to their new home today. Every time there’s new activity everyone checks in…sad day. I have little Peeps in a cat carrier…he’s going to his new home today too with the geese. I think that will help with the adjustment for all 3.

June 7, 2023 Toulouse showed up at the back door tonight wanting escorted to bed. Like night and day they both have chilled. Spending most of their time in the side yard. Not getting up from naps and attacking when strolling by nor causing a ruckus. Just like that …the yard is back to normal. I did put both geese on Craigslist and received a couple messages and seemed a little suspicious so deleted…Might not be able to give them away…getting sentimental blah blah 😒 blah 😑 😕
