Mr Gary Bunt dob 1957 in East Peckham, the United Kingdom…he inspires a person to paint a picture 🙂 He started painting in his 40s when he discovered he had cancer. “Gary began to paint with freedom, showcasing the life of a farmer and his dog in the English countryside. Gary has stated that the farmer is a representation of him in old age he never thought he would reach.”
This Painting is called Fisherman. When I look at this painting I see that the person lives North…it’s cold…left his 🎩 on, left the window open… transistor radio, but needs an oil lantern next to the bed? No one would drop their pants 👖 to the floor at night and put them back on in the morning if they lived in the southwest that is…spiders are big and baby rattle snakes are drawn to indoors. Also, a fisherman would never take his clothes/shoes off next to a bed as would reek to high heaven…looks like he’s reading white and yellow pages …those books are boring like ppl, so he fell asleep….maybe he’s taking a nap,but ppl don’t take clothes off when napping. I would give this a C+ for story telling…feeling grumpy…feeling critical, short and snarky…now that would be an interesting painting
